The Florida Super is ideally located on the edge of the park resort with easy access to the beach and all the facilities of the Leisure Park itself. The Caravan includes its own car parking space right outside and sleeps four people. At 12ft wide it has 20% more space than most 4 berth caravans. Inside there are two bedrooms, a lounge with a colour TV and gas fire and a kitchen with large range style hobs and oven. Gas and electricity are provided as is bed linen and all beds are already made up on arrival.
The property is well situated next to Camber Sands beach and away from the main road. Within Camber there are places to enjoy an evening meal or drinks, a church, a couple of parks with a playground and half pipe skate ramp for children. The village shops provide necessities and the nearby town of Rye, famous for its Tudor buildings and cobbled streets offers all the amenities of a small town. Ashford is also easily accessible by car and presents a good travel network via M20 and Ashford International Station. Restrictions on the property: No housing benefit, no pets and no smokers.
